Arsenal boss Unai Emery is interested in a move for AC Milan defender Ricardo Rodriguez, according to a report.
The Daily Mail claims that Emery is looking at the possibility of a late swoop for the Swiss international ahead of Thursday’s deadline.
The Gunners have troubles at full-back, with Sead Kolasinac out for 10 weeks and Nacho Monreal not yet back to full fitness.
Rodriguez is reportedly viewed as the answer to their issues, however he may cost up to £30million (€33.7m) if they want to secure a deal.
Rodriguez only moved to San Siro last summer from Wolfsburg for a reported initial fee of €15million plus €2million in bonuses.
A previous report from TMW stated that the 25-year-old does not want to leave Milan, while it has been claimed that Spurs, Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich are all interested.
