Paper Talk: Chelsea to press ahead with move for £30m man

Tottenham are prepared to sell four players this summer to raise £170million, while Arsenal boss contender Luis Enrique wants £200million to spend, all in the papers.

Tottenham are ready to raise £170million this summer by selling four players, according to the Daily Mail.

England left-back Danny Rose, 27, Belgium centre-back Toby Alderweireld, 29,  Kenya midfielder Victor Wanyama, 26, and Belgium midfielder Mousa Dembele, 30, will all be offloaded this summer, claims the report.

Rose, Alderweireld and Wanyama are all rated in the £50million bracket, while the club are hoping to get £20million for Dembele, who has just one year remaining on his contract.

Mauricio Pochettino is looking to strengthen his squad for next season and he wants proven “winners” as he looks to turn his squad from nearly men into a successful side.

The Spurs boss wants to change his squad’s mentality and he is willing to sacrifice four key players from his time at the club.
